This morning while traveling back home (yes, I'm at the airport at 3:30 this morning.. ๐๐๐ฃ) , I was meeting with God about some things and it really hit how much grace and mercy truly is a gift from God. I know we generally rush past our time of prayer, especially on a work day. We pray out of habit and wait for that intense time during a corporate setting. We know we need His presence for US and the people around us , so we won't have an "off" day ....
BUT.... when we really meditate on the treasures/gifts that God grants us daily, our appreciation for life and life everlasting is just different. There's a different glow about you. A different approach to stewardship - not just of things but of YOU- and that's the core of Honor! (I can go on about thisโฆ
Well..God has me meditating on how we do things with grace but it is the grace to do it unto Him for His glory alone. Pretty much loving people...often we are hurt when our expectations aren't met and then bitterness , resentment and unforgiveness begins to take root.
Often frustration and disappointment tries to suffocate your ability to push past all these emotions BUT โ๐ฝ WHAT THE LORD had me focused on was His Love ...how he sent His Son to Carry the weight of the sins of the world....not 1 or 100 but ALL......
HE did not move in negative emotions , he moved in compassion and passion to fulfill the redemption plan. No mumble no grumble....
As I began to look at it like that .....I could feel a relief that my loving is not in vain , that my kindness is not in vain and most of all my prayers ARE NOT IN VAIN!!!
Family it seems so easy for us to help others get through to the "next" But the kicker is this....it only seems that way because of emotions...and if we can get to the point of dying to the flesh daily and be led by Holy Spirit, we can have a consistent place of victory....
Man a I could feel things softy lift up off of me.
Yall.....instantly God began the work in me and I felt a comfort to just be alright with loving people (Agape)...
Oh God My Faith in Jesus Justified me to do so โ๐ฝunto His Glory......
